The sales presentation was great!  The literature is very good.  The window shown during the presentation was very impressive.  The video shown during the presentation was very informative.  All of my questions were answered to my satisfaction.  The installation was a very good experience, things were explained, all my questions answered.  Caulking was used thoroughly (3 different colors!). The sliding glass door was a lot of work and the end result was amazing.  The price seemed high at first, but was far out weighted by the great presentation, the product quality, and the quality installation.  :)
